General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov took part in the Business Program of the IV International Construction Championship as a speaker.

For the second year in a row, the Russian Ministry of Construction is holding a session on the sidelines of the Championship dedicated to the issues of restoration and integration of new regions of the Russian Federation. At the event “Entering new regions: features, problems, prospects,” special attention was paid to the development of housing construction in the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

Ildar Sharipov spoke about the development of development (using the example of SZ RKS-Development LLC) as part of participation in the free economic zone of new regions of the Russian Federation. Currently, with the direct participation of the company, all processes within the framework of investment construction in new regions are adapted to the requirements of Russian legislation, full-scale construction work is underway on a house with a clock, and equity participation agreements are registered in the prescribed manner.

Several more housing construction projects are being implemented under the preferential mortgage program in Mariupol. These results became possible thanks to the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the coordinated work of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Ministry of Construction of the DPR.

Ildar Sharipov noted: “The enormous experience in organizing the processes of restoration and construction of facilities acquired in new regions within the framework of self-supporting projects, of course, should be documented in detail and reflected in the regulatory documents of the construction industry of the Russian Federation.”
